1. About the Service

Axiascore is a sports analytics platform operated by Adam Nagy, registered as an Entrepreneur Individuel (sole proprietor) under the business name Stellune in France.

The platform provides statistical analysis and predictions for football matches based on mathematical models. Axiascore does NOT operate as a bookmaker, does NOT facilitate any betting transactions, and does NOT accept or process any wagers. The service is purely informational and analytical.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Axiascore (axiascore.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

3. User Accounts

To access premium features, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your account with others or allow unauthorized access. Axiascore reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Subscription Plans

Axiascore offers three subscription plans: Monthly, Quarterly (3 months), and Annual. Prices are displayed in euros on the pricing page and may be updated with 30 days' prior notice. Payment is processed securely via Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.

5. Refunds and Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with French Consumer Code articles L221-25 and L221-28 1° and 13°, by activating your subscription you expressly request the immediate performance of the service and acknowledge waiving your 14-day right of withdrawal.

This means: - Your subscription becomes active immediately upon payment - You will not receive a refund for the current billing period if you cancel - Future billing cycles will be canceled at the end of the current period - No refunds are issued for partial billing periods

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at support@axiascore.com within 14 days.

6. Disclaimer — Not Financial Advice

All predictions, analyses, and statistics provided by Axiascore are for informational and educational purposes only. They do not constitute financial advice, betting advice, or a guarantee of any outcome. Past performance of the model does not guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on the information provided. Axiascore strongly recommends responsible behavior. Use of this service is recommended for adults aged 18 and over.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on Axiascore — including but not limited to the statistical model, analyses, predictions, data visualizations, software code, and design — is the intellectual property of Adam Nagy / Stellune. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any content without prior written consent from Adam Nagy / Stellune.

8. Limitation of Liability

Axiascore is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Axiascore shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the service, including but not limited to financial losses resulting from betting decisions made based on our analyses.

9. Modifications

Axiascore reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the platform at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Online Dispute Resolution

In accordance with EU Regulation 524/2013, the European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform accessible at: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr

You may submit any consumer complaint regarding our service through this platform. Before initiating any formal procedure, we encourage you to contact us directly at support@axiascore.com to seek an amicable resolution.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France. Any disputes arising from the use of Axiascore shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of France.
